Meet the Team
Corey J. Jacquet
Corey has spent her career wrangling words, ideas, and the occasional stubborn marketing campaign. With a background spanning communication, marketing, and technical writing, she finally decided to take the leap and be her own boss—because, let’s be honest, she was already running the show anyway. In 2023, she teamed up with her longtime friend, Eileen, to launch Increased Productivity (IP), LLP, proving that two brilliant minds (and a lot of coffee) can build something amazing.
At home, Corey is outnumbered—three sons, one daughter, and enough chaos to age her faster than a two-term president. Thankfully, her five-year-old English Cream Golden Retriever is doing his best to try to turn back the clock. Her happiest moments are simple: long country walks with her dog, quality time with her kids (who are her best friends), and a glass of wine shared with family and friends.
Professionally, Corey is a powerhouse. As a former Senior Marketing Executive, she has a sharp eye for business analysis and knows how to craft cross-media marketing campaigns that actually work. She’s an ace at technical writing, making even the driest subjects engaging (or at least understandable). From strategic planning to budget management, content strategy to corporate events—if it involves words, ideas, or making things run smoothly, Corey’s got it covered.
Just don’t ask her to do it without caffeine..
Eileen Carns
Eileen’s life and love of travel has taken her across various regions of the U.S., from childhood and College in Fairbanks, Alaska to raising her children in upstate New York and Louisiana.
Eileen’s professional journey mirrors this variety. After dedicating 12 years to a JW Cole advisor in office and serving long term as the events chair on the board of a non-profit focused on women’s issues in La Crosse, WI, Eileen co-founded Increased Productivity (IP), LLP in 2023.
The founding of IP reflects Eileen’s belief that geographic location and time zones should not hinder businesses from accessing effective collaboration or the services of a skilled virtual assistant team. Similarly, she is committed to ensuring that these same limitations do not prevent talented virtual assistants from securing top-tier opportunities. Eileen’s leadership infuses projects with energy and motivation, while her sharp industry knowledge and keen attention to detail guarantee flawless execution of every task.
In the summer of 2023, Eileen relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, drawn by the tropical climate, while her two daughters remain in the Midwest—sources of constant pride and joy who fill her free time with love and laughter. She also enjoys the company of her grand-puppy, Betty the Chiweenie, whose portrait is featured in Andy Warhol style paintings in Eileen’s Jacksonville home. Her favorite moments include spending quality time with loved ones, enjoying beach days, travel, practicing yoga, and indulging in endless cups of coffee.
Emily Ramsey
Emily is an administrative assistant with 3 years of experience working in the investment industry. She graduated from Appalachian State University in 2021 with a BA in English, Professional Writing. Working for Increased Productivity, Emily plans on taking over the world.
Being a trend-setter, Emily moved out to the gorgeous mountains of Colorado after graduation and her whole family decided to follow her out there. In her free time, she enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling across the Rockies! She is also a proud mom to a beautiful golden retriever named Forrest, believing that Forrest will live forever and forever keep her young and spritely.
Deanna Rivera
Deanna started her adult life with intention, joining her high school Air force ROTC program, which helped shape her into a dedicated person all around. She graduated in 2017 and jumped right into the Finance world. She was the youngest employee ever hired in the industry at her first financial firm, where she ended up working for 5 years. Deanna fully embraces the nerd in her that loves working in the financial industry, wherein she has developed into an asset Increased Productivity simply could not live without.
Along with all her other firsts, Deanna is also a first-time home buyer along with being a first-time mom; but, of course, her parenting began by being a fur-mom to Tilly, her pup. In the rare moments she is not either working, being on mom-duty, or fur-mom duty, she loves art, racing, cooking, and nature (except spiders and snakes, of course).
Danielle Diaz
The amazing Danielle Diaz, is a perfectly seasoned professional who has been in the insurance and financial industry since 2002. With a bachelor’s in Education and Licenses in multiple states, she has worn many hats throughout the years. The opportunity to build genuine connections and make a difference in people's lives is important to her, which is just one of the reasons Increased Productivity is lucky to have her.
Beyond her career, she is a proud mother to a wonderful (and good looking) son and a dog lover with two rescue pups. While bringing people in the financial realm peace of mind, Danielle finds joy in life's simple pleasures while living in South Florida, like spending time at the beach, embarking on outdoor adventures, fishing, and traveling to new destinations. In her downtime, you'll often find her, enjoying her family, soaking in the beauty of a sunset, or immersed in a great book.
Kaitlin McLaughlin
Meet Kaitlin, a dynamic individual with deep roots in leadership, education, & service, born out of a youth spent reading about strong women, falling deeply in love with asking questions, investigation, & problem-solving. Her love for inquest & learning molded her into a dedicated Administrative Assistant who genuinely loves the minutia of the finance industry.
After marrying the love of her life in 2022, Kaitlin proved her love to him by leaving her home in a hot and sunny big city in Arizona for a cold and overcast small town in Iowa. But then, like heroes, along came Increased Productivity, who scooped her up, enabling her to continue providing her amazing services to Advisors and Clients across the nation using her vastly impressive skillsets. Now, she spends her time proving her genius on the IP team, filling up her shelves with books & knick-knacks, & preparing to become a parent to 2 new members of their family (the cat-shaped kind). And, all this while Taylor Swift continuously serenades her.
Meet Buddha, Increased Productivity’s mascot.
If either Corey or Eileen aren’t available, Buddha is fully trained and ready to step in and help you with anything you need.
